• Lithium batteries – spare metal and lithium-ion (that are not installed).
• Flammable products (that do not meet flight procedures for flammable and hazardous materials).
• Condensed gases (frozen, flammable, inflammable and toxic).
• Corrosive materials, such as: acids, base substances, wet-cell batteries and items containing mercury.
• Explosive, ammunition (including empty bullet shells), guns, fireworks, caps and revolver bullets.
• Flammable liquids and solids, such as perfume, nail polish, lighters that must be tilted to light, lighter fluid, matches, lighters, paints and thinners.
• Radioactive materials.
• Briefcases with alarm mechanisms.
• Oxidizing materials, such as bleach and peroxide.
• Poisons and infectious materials, such as pesticides, herbicides and materials containing viruses.

Flight procedures require special flight permits for shipping flammable products, along with special packaging.

These flammable materials are currently prohibited. In the future, when it is possible, the terms of use will be updated and users will be notified on the site accordingly. When the service is provided, customers will be charged an additional amount for packing the products according to the standards and obtaining the documents necessary for flying the flammable products. The shipping time may be longer than 4-21 business days due to the licensing process.

To change the shipping address after paying for the parcel, contact Exelot with the tracking number appearing in your personal area. It is important to note that when changing the address shortly before the shipping date, we recommend using a collection center.

Up to 20 kg volumetric weight. The parcel’s volumetric weight is calculated by multiplying its length, width and height (cm) and dividing the product by 5000. For example, a parcel of 50*30*40 cm, will have a volumetric weight of (50*30/40)/5000 = 12 Kg.
