*חישוב משקל נפחי נעשה ע"י הכפלת הגובה, האורך והרוחב של החבילה. לאחר מכן מחלקים את התוצאה ב-5000 ומתקבל המשקל הנפחי בק"ג. * המחשבונים משמשים כהערכות בלבד ואינם מהווים התחייבות לעלויות המשלוח או המיסים שיידרשו, העלויות הסופיות יחושבו וישוקפו רק לאחר העלאת החבילה למערכת. משקל החבילה לתשלום מעוגל כלפי מעלה למדרגת התשלום הקרובה.

How does the Shiptanbul service work?

Using our service, you can shop on various websites in USA & Europe and get your purchase delivered to your home:

  1. Open an account on Shiptanbul, at no charge, and get a local address in USA & Europe.
  2. Put together a shopping cart on any website that delivers and, at the payment stage, enter the address you received.
  3. Your parcel will be delivered to our logistics center, where it undergoes an automatic shrinking process at no cost. Our team then weighs and measures it, entering it into your personal area.
  4. Now you will see a button for uploading the invoice in the personal area.
    Important! You must show the tax authorities in Israel the value of your parcel. You will be unable to pay for the delivery without presenting the purchase invoice!
  5. After uploading the invoice, you will see a payment request for the delivery and/or taxes, as the case may be, where you will asked to choose quick delivery to your doorstep or quick delivery to a distribution point.
  6. Pay for shipping and the parcel is sent to Israel.
  7. The parcel will arrive in Israel within 1-3 business days after payment, where it will go through security and customs.
  8. We release the parcel from customs for you and send it to your home or a collection point with one of the distribution companies we use.

What are the logistic center’s operating days and hours?

Monday-Friday, 09:30-17:30.

On Saturday, Sunday, outside of operating hours and on holidays, our representative will receive your parcels and they will be uploaded to the personal area when the logistic center resumes operations.

How can I see the status of my parcel?
  • If the parcel does not yet appear in your personal area, you can find information on the relevant website.

Once the parcel appears in the personal area and after paying for shipping, you  can track it with the tracking number in the personal area. The tracking number begins with XLT and you can track it on the link below: https://www.exelot.com/

What is a purchase invoice?

A purchase invoice is confirmation e-mailed by the supplier after paying for your purchase.

According to the customs laws in Israel, every parcel sent to Israel must be accompanied by a purchase invoice. You will be unable to pay for the delivery without uploading the purchase invoice.

What should the invoice include?
  • Supplier details + log
  • Your full name
  • Prices and cost of each product
  • Total order amount

It looks like this:

I received an e-mail that the parcel was delivered and I can’t see it in the personal area.

Wait 3 days from receiving the delivery notice before contacting customer service about your parcel.

The delivery company sometimes reports delivery, but the messenger only delivers it at the end of the day. In this case, the parcel will be updated with the rest of the parcels of the following day.

Before contacting customer service, here are a few things you should check:

  1. Wait 3 business days (excluding Saturday and Sunday).
  2. Make sure that you entered the correct mailing address. If you didn’t, contact your vendor’s customer support department.
  3. During the holidays, vacations and especially busy periods, posting your parcels to the personal area may be delayed. At such times, parcels are recorded within 5 business days.
  4. Still can’t find your parcel? Contact customer service with as many details about your parcel as possible and we will be glad to help you.
I want to return my parcel, can you help?

So long as the parcel is in our logistic warehouse , we’d be happy to help you return it.

Contact the vendor and request a return barcode. Some stores provide a return number without a barcode, so it is important that you note the name and details of the shipping company that will pick up your parcel.

After completing the return process on the vendor’s site, send us:

  1. Return barcode (or return code + shipping company name)
  2. Invoice for the order to be returned
  3. Confirmation of payment for the return service

The service takes ~7 business days and costs $10 per parcel. The credit for the purchase will appear on your credit card statement according to the return policy on the vendor’s website.

Parcel Desertion

A parcel stored in our warehouse for over 30 days will be considered “unclaimed” and will be donated to one of the NPO’s in Israel after 60 days. In so doing, Shiptanbul removes all responsibility for the parcel and for delivering it to the user who ordered it.

Credits

Credits will be transferred within 30 business days of submitting the request to the Financial Department.

If you are entitled to a refund, it will be transferred to one of the payment methods that you used on Shiptanbul. 

Credits will sometimes be transferred through Bit.
