A purchase invoice is confirmation e-mailed by the supplier after paying for your purchase.
According to the customs laws in Israel, every parcel sent to Israel must be accompanied by a purchase invoice. You will be unable to pay for the delivery without uploading the purchase invoice.

The delivery company sometimes reports delivery, but the messenger only delivers it at the end of the day. In this case, the parcel will be updated with the rest of the parcels of the following day.

Contact the vendor and request a return barcode. Some stores provide a return number without a barcode, so it is important that you note the name and details of the shipping company that will pick up your parcel.

The service takes ~7 business days and costs $10 per parcel. The credit for the purchase will appear on your credit card statement according to the return policy on the vendor’s website.
A parcel stored in our warehouse for over 30 days will be considered “unclaimed” and will be donated to one of the NPO’s in Israel after 60 days. In so doing, Shiptanbul removes all responsibility for the parcel and for delivering it to the user who ordered it.
