Once your parcel is delivered to our logistic center, it undergoes an automatic and free process of shrinking in order to reduce the shipping costs. The parcel is then entered into the personal area where you will see a button for uploading the purchase invoice. After uploading the invoice, you will see a payment request for the delivery. Once you settle the payment, all you have to do is select your shipping preference and the parcel will be on its way to Israel! Track the parcel on the website.
The shipping process takes 4-21 days (average of 5 days). You can follow each steps using the tracking link in the personal area. We would love to hear what you bought and how much you saved! Take a photo of your parcel and upload it to Instagram, tag @Shiptanbul and you may win a free shipment.
